If you order by 3:00 p.m. in the recipients time zone, we can deliver the flowers the same day Monday thru Saturday. For same day service on SUnday, please order by 12 noon. When orders are received after 3:00 p.m. we try our best to get your order prepared, but if we can not, flowers will be delivered the next day.

Specific Times
We will do our best to accomodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we can not guarantee it. Our normal delivery times are 8am-8pm daily.

Funerals
These orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered to olate to make the funeral service we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family. If you do not know the zip code or exact address of the funeral home we will look it up for you. We normally contact the funeral home anyway to verify th time of the viewing and make arrangements for the flower delivery.

Rural Routes
We occasionally have trouble delivering to some rural routes and will contact you if service is unavailable.

P.O. Boxes
We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or a military A.P.O address.

Holiday Occasion Orders
Since holidays are busy times, it's important to place your order early prior to certain holidays.

Florist Delivery
The service charge for all florists-fullfiled products delivered within the Continental U.S. Including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada is $6.99. $6.99 delivery fee will be added to each order, for each address.
